A Hydraulic Ermeto Fitting is a high-precision compression-type tube fitting designed as per DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1 standards, widely used in high-pressure hydraulic systems. Commonly known as EO (Ermeto Original) fittings, they provide a secure, leak-free metal-to-metal seal between hydraulic tubes and components.

Ermeto fittings work using a cutting ring (olive) that bites into the tube during assembly, creating a strong mechanical grip and a reliable seal. This design ensures excellent resistance to pressure, vibration, and impulse loads, making Ermeto fittings ideal for demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic applications.

Manufactured from high-strength carbon steel, stainless steel, or brass, Hydraulic Ermeto fittings offer long service life and durability. Surface treatments such as zinc plating with Cr³⁺ passivation provide corrosion protection, even in harsh environments.

These fittings are available in Light (L) and Heavy (S) series, covering a wide range of tube outer diameters and pressure ratings. They come in multiple configurations including straight connectors, elbows (45° / 90°), tees, reducers, bulkhead fittings, and adaptors.
